Ingredients

1 cup diced mango frozen
½ banana frozen
1 cup Dairy Farmers A2 Goodness + Prebiotic milk
¼ cup cashews
1 tsp honey
½ tsp turmeric (dried powder)
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger or 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and process until super smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

*Tip: freeze any leftovers in popsicle moulds for healthy ice blocks!

*For a nut free smoothie, omit the cashews or try swapping them to 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or ¼ cup rolled oats.
