I’m Monique, an accredited fertility & pregnancy nutritionist, owner of a supplement company, mum of three boys, and a former lawyer. I didn’t have enough going on so I decided to run a food blog as well 😉 Nourish Every Day has actually been my passion project since 2014 (!!!) and it’s still my favourite creative outlet and brings me a lot of joy.
